General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users ("User" or "you") of the bdtil platform and its services. By accessing or using the bdtil website, mobile version, or any related platform, you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms form a legal agreement between bdtil and the user. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "bdtil" refers to the organization operating this platform.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and other features provided through bdtil.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile.
• "Funds" refers to real money deposited into an account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to credits granted as part of a promotional offer.

1.2 Legal Effect

These Terms are governed in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled within the applicable legal framework. The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered authoritative.

Eligibility & Age Limit

To use bdtil's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are using this platform entirely of your own free will and with full awareness.
• You are not subject to any restrictions or prohibitions.

2.1 Protection of Minors

Keeping minors away from gaming is one of our top priorities. Parents or guardians who share devices with minors should use parental control software and keep login details private. If it is proven that an account is being operated by a minor, that account will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

bdtil's services are intended only for those aged 21 and above.

Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

When registering at bdtil, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in your account being cancelled and all winnings being forfeited.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, they will be closed and all funds and bonuses in the additional accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

In the interest of secure transactions, bdtil follows a "Know Your Customer" (KYC) policy. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification may be requested to verify your account. Withdrawal functionality may be limited until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

After successfully completing a bet, you may withdraw your winnings. All withdrawals are processed through the same method used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes
• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

4.3 Currency Policy

bdtil processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made through a third party or withdrawal requests to a third-party account will not be accepted.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdtil offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The current wagering multiplier for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within its specified time limit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, bdtil reserves the right to cancel it.
• Each bet placed to fulfil a bonus must be on a qualifying game for that bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

bdtil's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to higher VIP tiers by staying regularly active and playing more.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Every game and betting market on bdtil has its own rules. It is your responsibility to read the relevant rules before starting any game or placing any bet. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a game has started.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, disconnection, or any other technical fault, bdtil reserves the right to void the bet for that round and the stake will be refunded. Users cannot claim any compensation in such situations.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The outcome of all bets is determined based on the rules of the relevant market and the official result.

• If a match is abandoned or not completed within the scheduled time, the bet will be void.
• Abandoned or suspended events will be handled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Odds are set entirely at bdtil's discretion.

6.4 Live Casino & Slots

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. This request must be sent by email to [email protected]. All pending bets must be settled and withdrawable funds must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure at bdtil's Initiative

bdtil may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Abuse of bonuses.
• Providing false or incomplete information in account details.
• Extended inactivity.

8.3 Return of Funds

At the time of account closure, real funds (excluding bonus funds) will be withdrawable, provided the account was not closed due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
